1982年1月1日协会货物保险条款（B）和（C）第1条危险条款
1Thisinsurancecovers,exceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below.
除下述第4，5，6和7条规定之外，本保险承保
1.1lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredreasonablyattributableto
保险标的的灭失或损害可合理归因于
1.1.1fireorexplosion
火灾或爆炸
1.1.2vesselorcarftbeing-strandedgroundedsunkorcapsized.
船舶或驳船搁浅、擦浅、沉没或倾覆。
1.1.3Overturningorderailmentoflandconveyance
陆上运输工具翻倒或出轨
1.1.4Collisionorcontactofvesselcraftorconveyancewithanyexternalobjectotherthanwater.
船舶、驳船或运输工具与水体以外的外部物体碰撞或触碰。
1.1.5dischargeofCargoataportofdistress.
在避难港卸货。
1.1.6earthquakevolcaniceruptionorlighting.
地震、火山爆发或闪电。
1.2lossordamagetothesubjectmatterinsuredcausedby
保险标的因下述原因造成的灭失或损害
1.2.1generalaveragesacrifice
共同海损牺牲
下面的条款出现于（B）和（C）条款的不同格式之中
在（B）格式中写作：
1.2.2Jettisionorwashingoverboard（抛弃或浪击落水）
在（C）格式中仅规定：
1.2.2Jettision（抛弃）
1.3entryofsealakeorriverwaterintovesselcraftholdconveyancecontainerliftvanorplaceofstorage.
海水、湖水或河水进入船舶、驳船、船舱、运输工具、集装箱、托盘或贮存处所。这仅出现于（B）条款。
1.4totallossofanypackagelostoverboardordroppedwhilstloadingonto,orunloadingfrom,vesselorcraft.
装上或卸离船舶或驳船时从船上掉落或坠入水中而发生的整件货物的全损。这仅出现于（B）条款。
第2条共同海损条款(GeneralAverageClause)
2Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaffreightmentand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexclusedinClauses4,5,6and7orelsewhereinthisinsurance.
本保险承保根据水上货物合同，管辖法律和惯例理算或确定的共同海损和救助费用，其产生是为了避免任何原因造成的损失，或与此目的有关，但本保险第4，5，6和7条或其他除外规定除外。
第3条互有责任碰撞条款(BothtoblameCollisionClause)
3ThisinsuranceisextendedtoindemnifytheAssuredagainstsuchproportionofliabilityunderthecontractofaffreightment“BothtoBlameCollision”Clauseasisinrespectofalossrecoverablehereunder.IntheeventofanyclaimbyshipownersunderthesaidClausetheAssuredagreetonotifytheUnderwriterswhoshallhavetheright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAssuredagainstsuchclaim.（本保险扩展赔偿被保险人根据水上货运合同中“互有责任碰撞”条款，如下文所示可补偿的损失的比例责任部分。倘若船东根据该条款提出任何索赔，被保险人同意通知保险人，保险人有权自负费用对此种索赔为被保险人进行抗辩。）
本条与（A）条款相同。
第4条一般除外条款(GeneralExclusionsClause)
4Innocaseshallthisinsurancecover
在任何情况下均不承保
4.1lossdamageorexpenseattributabletowillfulmisconductoftheAssured(可归因于被保险人故意赎职的灭失、损害或费用)
4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordinarywearandtearofthesubject-matterinsured(保险标的的通常渗漏通常重量或体积损失、或通常磨损)
4.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorpreparationofthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause4.3“packing”shallbedeemedtoincludestowageinacontainerorliftvanbutonlywhensuchstowageiscarriedoutpriortoattachmentofthisinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirservants)〖保险标的的包装或准备不足或不当引起的损失、损害或费用（为了本第4.3款之目的，“包装”应视为包括集装箱或托盘内的积载，但仅适用于此种积载是在本保险责任开始前进行或是由被保险人或其雇员进行之场合）〗
4.4lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubject-matterinsured(保险标的的固有缺陷或性质引起的灭失、损害或费用)
4.5lossdamageorexpenseporximatelycausedbydelay,eventhoughthedelaybecausedbyariskinsuredagainst(exceptexpensespayableunderClause2above)〖近因是迟延造成的损失、损害或费用，即便该迟延是由于某种承保危险引起的（但根据上述第2条支付的费用除外）〗
4.6lossdamageorexpensearisingfrominsolvencyorfinancialdefaultoftheownersmanagerscharterersoroperatorsofthevessel(因船舶所有人、经理人、承租人或经营人的破产或财务困境产生的灭失、损害或费用)
4.7deliberatedamagetoordeliberatedestructionofthesubject-matterinsuredoranypartthereofbythewrongfulactofanypersonorpersons(任何人的非法行为对保险标的或其组成部分的故意损害或故意破坏)
4.8lossdamageorexpensearisingfromtheuseofanyweaponofwaremployingatomicornuclearfissionand/orfusionorotherlikereactionorradioactiveforceormatter(因使用原子或核裂变和/或聚变或其他类似反应或放射性力量或物质所制造的战争武器产生的损失、损害或费用)
第5条不适航和不适运除外条款(UnseaworthinessandUnfitnessExclusionClause)
5.1Innocaseshallthisinsurancecoverlossdamageorexpensearisingfrom(在任何情况下本保险均不承保下述原因所致的灭失、损害或费用)
Unseaworthinessofvesselorcraft,(船舶或驳船不适航)
Unfitnessofvesselcraftconveyancecontainerorliftvanforthesafecarriageofthesubject-matterinsured,(船舶、驳船、运输工具、集装箱或托盘不适宜安全运送保险标的。）
WheretheAssuredortheirservantsareprivytosuchunseaworthinessorunfitness,atthetimethesubject-matterinsuredisloadedtherein.(如果在保险标的装上船时，被保险人或其雇员对此种不适航或不适运实际知情且同意之)
5.2TheUnderwriterswaiveanybreachoftheimpliedwarrantiesofseaworthinessoftheshipandfitnessoftheshiptocarrythesubject-matterinsuredtodestination,unlesstheAssuredortheirservantsareprivytosuchunseaworthinessorunfitness.(除非被保险人或其雇员对此种不适航或不适运实际知情并同意之，保险人放弃载运保险标的到目的港的船舶不得违反默示适航或适运保证。）
第6条战争除外条款(WarExclusionClause)
6Innocaseshallthisinsurancecoverlossdamageorexpensecausedby(本保险在任何情况下均不承保由于下述原因造成的灭失、损害或费用)
6.1warcivilwarrevolutionrebellioninsurrection,orcivilstrifearisingtherefrom,oranyhostileactbyoragainstabelligerentpower(战争、内战、革命、造反、叛乱，或由此引起的内乱，或任何交战方之间的敌对行为）
6.2captureseizurearrestrestraintordetainment,andtheconsequencesthereoforanyattemptthereat(捕获、扣押、扣留、拘禁或羁押和由此引起的后果或实施此种行为的任何企图)
6.3derelictmanestorpedoesbombsorotherderelictweaponsofwar(被遗弃的水雷、鱼雷、炸弹或其他被遗弃的战争武器)
第7条罢工除外条款(StrikesExclusionClause)
7Innocaseshallthisinsurancecoverlossdamageorexpense(在任何情况下本保险均不承保下列灭失、损害或费用)
7.1causedbystrikers,locked-outworkmen,orpersonstakingpartinlabourdisturbances,riotsorcivilcommotions(由罢工、被迫停工工人或参加工潮、暴乱或民事骚乱的人员造成者)
7.2resultingfromstrikes,lock-outworkmen,orpersonstakingpartinlabourdisturbances,riotsorcivilcommotions(罢工、停工、工潮、暴乱或民事骚乱引起者)
7.3causedbyanyterroristoranypwesonactingfromapoliticalmotive(恐怖分子或出于政治动机而作为的任何人员造成者)
第8条运输条款(transitclause)
8.1Thisinsuranceattachesfromthetimethegoodsleavethewarehouseorplaceofstorageattheplacenamedhereinforthecommencementofthetransit,continuesduringtheordinarycourseoftransitandterminateseither(本保险责任始于货物运离保险单载明的仓库或贮存处所开始运送之时，在通常运送过程中持续，终止于)
8.1.1ondeliverytotheConsignees’orotherfinalwarehouseorplaceofstorageatthedestinationnamedherein,(在载明的目的地交付到收货人的或其他最后仓库或贮存处所)
8.1.2ondeliverytoanyotherwarehouseorplaceofstorage,whetherpriortooratthedestinationnamedherein,whichtheAssuredelecttouseeither(在载明的目的地或之前，交付到任何其他仓库或贮存处所，由被保险人选用于)
8.1.2.1forstorageotherthanintheordinarycourseoftransitor(通常运输过程以外的贮存或)
8.1.2.2forallocationordistribution,or(分配或分派，或)
8.1.3ontheexpiryof60daysaftercompletionofdischargeoversideofthegoodsherebyinsuredfromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportdischarge,(被保险货物在最后卸货港全部卸离海船满60天)
whichevershallfirstoccur.(以上各项以先发生者为准)
8.2If,afterdischargeoversidefromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge,butpriortoterminationofthisinsurance,thegoodsaretobeforwardedtoadestinationotherthanthattowhichtheyareinsuredhereunder,thisinsurance,whilstremainingsubjecttoterminationasprovidedforabove,shallnotextendbeyondthecommencementoftransittosuchotherdestination.(如果在最后卸货港卸离海船后，但在本保险终止之前，货物被转运至非保险承保的其他目的地，本保险在依然受前述规定的终止制约的同时，截止于开始向此种其他目的地运送之时。）
8.3Thisinsuranceshallremaininforce(subjecttoterminationasprovidedforaboveandtotheprovisionsofClause9below)duringdelaybeyondthecontroloftheAssured,anydeviation,forceddischarge,reshipmentortranshipmentandduringanyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtoshipownersorcharterersunderthecontractofaffreightment.(在被保险人不能控制的迟延，任何绕航、强制卸货、重装或转运期间，以及船东或承租人行使根据货运合同赋予的自由权引起的海上冒险的任何变更期间，本保险仍然有效（但须受上述规定的终止和下述第9条规定的制约。）
第9条运输合同终止条款（TerminationofContractofCarriageClause）
9IfowingtocircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheAssuredeitherthecontractofcarriageisterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthedestinationnamedthereinorthetransitisotherwiseterminatedbeforedeliveryofthegoodsasprovidedforinClause8above,thenthisinsuranceshallalsoterminateunlesspromptnoticeisgiventotheUnderwritersandcontinuationofcoverisrequestedwhentheinsuranceshallremaininforce,subjecttoanadditionalpremiumifrequiredbytheUnderwriters,either(如果由于被保险人不能控制的情况，运输合同在保险单载明的目的地以外的港口或地点终止，或运送在上述第8条规定的交付货物前另行终止，那么本保险也终止，除非迅速地通知了保险人，且在本保险仍有效时要求继续承保，并受保险人可能要求的附加保险费的制约：)
9.1untilthegoodsaresoldanddeliveredatsuchportorplace,or,unlessotherwisespeciallyagreed,untiltheexpiryof60daysafterarrivalofthegoodsherebyinsuredatsuchortorplace,whichevershallfirstoccur,or(直至货物在此种港口或地点出售并交付，或除非另有特别约定，直至承保货物到达此种港口或地点满60天，二者以先发生者为准，或）
9.2ifthegoodsareforwardedwithinthesaidperiodof60days(oranyagreedextensionthereof)tothedestinationnamedhereinortoanyotherdestination,untilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofClause8above.〖如果货物在上述60天（或任何约定的延展期间）内被运往保险单载明的目的地或其他目的地，直至根据上述第8条的规定而终止。〗
第10条航程变更条款（ChangeofVoyageClause）
10Where,afterattachmentofthisinsurance,thedestinationischangedbytheAssured,heldcoveredatapremiumandonconditionstobearrangedsubjecttopromptnoticebeinggiventotheUnderwriters.〖如果在本保险责任开始后，被保险人变更目的地，应按重新安排的保险费率和条件续保（heldcovered），但以迅速通知了保险人为前提。〗
第11条保险利益条款(InsurableInterestClause)
11.1InordertorecoverunderthisinsurancetheAssuredmusthaveaninsurableinterestinthesubject-matterinsuredatthetimeoftheloss.(为了根据本保险获得赔偿，被保险人在保险标的损失当时，必须具有某种可保利益。)
11.2Subjectto11.1above,theAssuredshallbeentitledtorecoverforinsuredlossoccurringduringtheperiodcoveredbythisinsurance,notwithstandingthatthelossoccurredbeforethecontractofinsurancewasconcluded,unlesstheAssuredwereawareofthelossandtheUnderwriterswerenot.(根据上述11.1款，被保险人有权索赔在本保险承保期间发生的承保灭失，尽管该灭失发生于本保险合同订立之前，除非被保险人当时已知晓该灭失，而保险人不知情。)
第12条续运费用条款(ForwardingChargesClause)
12Where,asaresultoftheoperationofariskcoveredbythisinsurance,theinsuredtransitisterminatedataportorplaceotherthantowhichthesubject-matteriscoveredunderthisinsurance,theUnderwriterswillreimbursetheAssuredforanyextrachargesproperlyandreasonablyincurredinunloadingstoringandforwardingthesubject-mattertothedestinationtowhichitisinsuredhereunder.(若由于本保险承保的风险的作用，导致承保的运输在保险标的根据本保险承保的目的地以外的港口或地点终止，保险人将补偿被保险人因卸下、贮存和续运保险标的至所承保的目的地而适当和合理发生的额外费用。)
ThisClause12,whichdoesnotapplytogeneralaverageorsalvagecharges,shallbesubjecttotheexclusionscontainedinClauses4,5,6and7above,andshallnotincludechargesarisingfromthefaultnegligenceinsolvencyorfinancialdefaultoftheAssuredortheirservants.(对共同海损和救助费用的本条规定，须受上述第4，5，6和7条所包含的除外责任的制约，且不包括因被保险人或其雇员的过错、疏忽、无偿付能力或财务困境而引起的费用。)
第13条推定全损条款（ConstructiveTotalLossClause）
13NoclaimforConstructiveTotalLossshallberecoverablehereunderunlessthesubject-matterinsuredisreasonablyabandonedeitheronaccountofitsactualtotallossappearingtobeunavoidableorbecausethecostofrecovering,reconditioningandforwardingthesubject-mattertothedestinationtowhichitisinsuredwouldexceeditsvalueonarrival.(除非由于实际全损看来不可避免，或因为恢复、重整和续运保险标的至承保的目的地的费用将超过其抵达时的价值，保险标的被合理放弃，不能索赔推定全损。)
第14条增值条款（IncreasedValuedClause）
14.1IfanyIncreasedValueinsuranceiseffectedbytheAssuredonthecargoinsuredhereintheagreedvalueofthecargoshallbedeemedtobeincreasedtothetotalamountinsuredunderthisinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsurancecoveringtheloss,andLiabilityunderthisinsuranceshallbeinsuchproportionasthesuminsuredhereinbearstosuchtotalamountinsured.(如果被保险人对保险货物办理了增值保险，货物的约定价值应视为增加至本保险和承保灭失的所有增值保险的保险金额的总和，本保险项下的责任应按承保金额占此种保险金额的总和的比例计算。)
IntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheUnderwriterswithevidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurance.(倘若提出索赔，被保险人应向保险人提供所有其他保险的保险金额的证据。)
14.2WherethisinsuranceisonIncreasedValuethefollowingclauseshallapply:(在本保险属增值保险的情况下，应适用下述条款：)
TheagreedvalueofthecargoshallbedeemedtobeequaltothetotalamountinsuredundertheprimaryinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsurancecoveringthelossandeffectedonthecargobytheAssured,andliabilityunderthisinsuranceshallbeinsuchproportionasthesuminsuredhereinbearstosuchtotalamountinsured.(货物的约定价值应视为等于由被保险人对货物办理的原始保险和承保灭失的所有增值保险的保险金额的总和，本保险项下的责任应按承保金额占此种保险金额的总和的比例计算。)
IntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheUnderwriterswithevidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurances.(万一提出索赔，被保险人应向保险人提供所有其他保险的保险金额的证据。)
第15条不生效条款（Nottoinureclause）
15Thisinsuranceshallnotinuretothebenefitofthecarrierorotherbailee.(承运人或其他保管人不得主张本保险的利益。)
第16条被保险人的义务条款（DutyofAssuredClause）
16.ItisthedutyoftheAssuredandtheirservantsandagentsinrespectoflossrecoverablehereunder(有关可获赔偿的损失，被保险人及其雇员和代理人有下述义务：)
16.1totakesuchmeasuresasmaybereasonableforthepurposeofavertingorminimizingsuchloss,and(采取为避免或尽量减少此种损失的合理措施，并)
16.2toensurethatallrightsagainstcarriers,baileesorotherthirdpartiesareproperlypreservedandexercisedandtheUnderwriterswill,inadditiontoanylossrecoverablehereunder,reimbursetheAssuredforanychargesproperlyandreasonablyincurredinpursuanceoftheseduties.(确保对承运人、保险人或其他第三方追偿的所有权利被适当保留和行使。保险人将在可索赔的任何损失之外，被偿被保险人因履行这些义务而适当合理地发生的任何费用。)
第17条弃权条款（WaiverClause）
17MeasurestakenbytheAssuredortheUnderwriterswiththeobjectofsaving,protectingorrecoveringthesubject-matterinsuredshallnotbeconsideredasawaiveroracceptanceofabandonmentorotherwiseprejudicetherightsofeitherparty.(被保险人或保险人采取的旨在捞救，保护或恢复保险标的的措施不得视为放弃或接受委付或在其他方面损害任何一方的利益。)
第18条合理速办条款（ReasonableDespatchClause）
18ItisaconditionofthisinsurancethattheAssuredshallactwithreasonabledespatchinallcircumstanceswithintheircontrol.(被保险人应在所有其控制的情况下，合理迅速地行动是本保险的一项条件。)
第19条英国法律与惯例条款
19ThisinsuranceissubjecttoEnglishlawandpractice.(本保险受英国法律和惯例制约)
