协会冷冻食品（冻肉除外）保险A条款(InstituteFrozenFoodClause(A)(ExcludingFrozenMeat)(1/8/82,reissued1/1/86)第1条风险条款（risksclause）
1thisinsurancecovers,exceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below,
除了下述第4，5，6和7条规定者外，本保险承保：
1.1allrisksoflossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsured,otherthanlossordamageresultingfromanyvariationintemperaturehowsoevercaused.
除了任何原因引起的温度变化造成的损失或损害之外的保险标的损失或损害的任何风险
1.2lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredresultingfromanyvariationintemperatureattributableto
任何温度变化引起的保险标的的损失或损害，其可归因于
1.2.1breakdownofrefrigeratingmachineryresultinginitsstoppageforaperiodofnotlessthan24consecutivehours
制冷机器故障造成停机连续24小时以上
1.2.2fireorexplosion
火灾或爆炸
1.2.3vesselorcraftbeingstrandedgroundedsunkorcapsixed
船舶或驳船搁浅、擦浅、沉没或倾覆
1.2.4overturningorderailmentoflandconveyance
陆上运输工具翻倒或出轨
1.2.5collisionorcontactofvesselcraftorconveyancewithanyexternalobjectotherthanwater船舶、驳船或运输工具与水以外的任何外部物体碰撞或触碰
1.2.6dischargeofcargoataportofdistress
在避难港卸货。

第3条互有责任碰撞条款
上述两条与协会货物保险条款相同。
第4条普通除外条款(GeneralExclusionsClause)
4Innocaseshallthisinsurancecover
在任何情况下本保险均不承保
4.1LossdamageorexpenseattributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured
可归因于被保险人的故意赎职的损失、损害和费用
4.2Ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordinarywearandtearofthesubject-matterinsured
保险标的通常渗漏、通常重量或体积损失、或通常磨损
4.3Lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorpreparationofthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause4.3“packing”shallbedeemedtoincludestowageinacontainerorliftvanbutonlywhensuchstowageiscarriedoutpriortoattachmentofthisinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirservants)
保险标的的包装或准备不足或不当引起的损失、损害或费用（为了本第4.3款的目的，“包装”应视为包括在集装箱或托盘内的积载，但仅限于当此种积载是在本保险责任开始之前进行或是由被保险人或其雇员进行之场合）
4.4Lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubject-matterinsured(exceptlossdamageorexpenseresultingfromvariationintemperaturespecificallycoveredunderClause1.2above)
保险标的的固有缺陷或性质引起的损失、损害或费用（但由于上述第1.2款特别承保的温度变化引起者除外）
4.5Lossdamageorexpenseproximatelycausedbydelay,eventhoughthedelaybecausedbyariskinsuredagainst(exceptexpensespayableunderClause2above)
近因是迟延造成的损失、损害或费用，即便该迟延是由于某种承保危险引起的（但根据上述第2条支付的费用除外）
4.6Lossdamageorexpensearisingfrominsolvencyorfinancialdefaultoftheownersmanagerscharterersoroperatorsofthevessel
因船舶所有人、经理人、承租人或经营人的破产或财务困境产生的损失、损害或费用
4.7Lossdamageorexpensearisingfromtheuseofanyweaponofwaremployingatomicornuclearfissionand/orfusionorotherlikereactionorradioactiveforceormatter
因使用原子或核裂变和/或聚变或类似反应或放射性力量或物质所制造的任何战争武器产生的损失、损害或费用
4.8LossdamageorexpensearisingfromanyfailureoftheAssuredortheirservantstotakeallreasonableprecautionstoensurethatthesubject-matterinsurediskeptinrefrigeratedor,whereappropriate,properlyinsulatedandcooledspace
由于被保险人或其雇员没有采取合理的预防措施确保保险标的存放于冷冻，或在适当的情况下，适当隔离和冷藏的处所而引起的损失、损害或费用
4.9AnylossdamageorexpenseotherwiserecoverablehereunderunlesspromptnoticethereofisgiventotheUnderwritersand,inanyevent,notlaterthan30daysaftertheterminationofthisinsurance
根据本保险可获赔偿的其他任何损失、损害或费用，除非迅速地通知了保险人，在任何情况下，不得迟于本保险终止后30天。
第5条不适航和适运除外条款
第6条战争除外条款
第7条罢工除外条款
这些条款与协会货物保险条款的相应条款一致。
第8条运输条款(TransitClause)
8.1thisinsuranceattachesfromthetimethegoodsareloadedintotheconveyanceatfreezingworksorcoldstoreattheplacenamedhereinforthecommencementofthetransit,continuesduringtheordinarycourseoftransitandterminateseither
本保险责任始于货物在保险单载明地点的冷冻厂或冷库装上运输工具开始运送之时，在通常运送过程中持续，并终止于：
8.1.1ondeliverytothecoldstoreorplaceofstorageatthedestinationnamedherein,
在保险单载明的目的地交付至冷库或贮存处所
8.1.2ondeliverytoanyothercoldstoreorplaceofstorage,whetherpriortooratthedestinationnamedherein,whichtheAssuredelecttouseeither
在保险单载明的目的地或之前交付至其他冷库或贮存处所，由被保险人选用于：
8.1.2.1forstorageotherthanintheordinarycourseoftransitor
非通常运输过程中的贮存或
8.1.2.2forallocationordistribution,or
分配或分派，或
8.1.3ontheexpiryof5daysafterdischargeoversideofthegoodsherebyinsuredfromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge
被保险货物在最后卸货港卸离海船后满5天
whichevershallfirstoccur
以上各项以先发生者为准。
8.2if,afterdischargeoversidefromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge,butpriortoterminationofthisinsurance,thegoodsaretobeforwardedtoadestinationotherthanthattowhichtheyareinsuredhereunder,thisinsurance,whilstremainingsubjecttoterminationasprovidedforabove,shallnotextendbeyondthecommencementoftransittosuchotherdestination.
如果在最后卸货港卸离海船后，但在本保险终止之前，货物被发送到非本保险承保的目的地，本保险在依照受前述规定的终止制约的同时，截止于开始向此种其他目的地运送之时。
8.3Thisinsuranceshallremaininforce(subjecttoterminationasprovidedforaboveandtotheprovisionsofClause9below)duringdelaybeyondthecontroloftheAssured,anydeviation,forceddischarge,reshipmentortranshipmentandduringanyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtoshipownersorcharterersunderthecontractofaffreightment.
在超出被保险人所能控制的迟延，任何绕航、强制卸货、重装或转运期间，以及船东或承租人行使根据货运合同赋予的自由权产生的任何冒险变更期间，本保险继续有效。（但须受上述规定的终止和下述第9条规定的制约.）
第9条运输合同终止条款(TerminationofContractofCarriageClause)
9IfowingtocircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheAssuredeitherthecontractofcarriageisterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthedestinationnamedthereinorthetransitisotherwiseterminatedbeforedeliveryofthegoodsasprovidedforinClause8above,thenthisinsuranceshallalsoterminateunlesspromptnoticeisgiventotheUnderwritersandcontinuationofcoverisrequestedwhentheinsuranceshallremaininforce,subjecttoanadditionalpremiumifrequiredbytheUnderwriters,either
如果由于被保险人不能控制的情况，运输合同在保险单载明的目的地以外的港口或地点终止，或运送在上述第8条规定的交付货物前另行终止，那么本保险也终止，除非迅速地通知了保险人，且在本保险仍有效时，要求继续承保，并受保险人可能要求的附加保险费的制约。
9.1untilthegoodsaresoldanddeliveredatsuchportorplace,orplace,orunlessotherwisespeciallyagreed,untiltheexpiryof30daysafterarrivalofthegoodsherebyinsuredatsuchportofplace,whichevershallfirstoccur,or

第10至19条
第10至第19条与协会货物保险条款（A）完全一致。出现于1/8/82格式底部的一般注意事项亦相同。
1986年1月1日重新颁布协会冷冻食品保险条款时增加了一项特别注意事项。
SPECIALNOTE:-Thisinsurancedoesnotcoverlossdamageorexpensecausedbyembargo,orbyrejectionprohibitionordetentionbythegovernmentofthecountryofimportortheiragenciesordepartments,butdoesnotexcludelossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredcausedbyrisksinsuredhereunderandsustainedpriortoanysuchembargorejectionprohibitionordetention.
特别注意事项：本保险不承保禁运或进口国政府或其特种机构或部门拒收、禁止或扣押所造成的损失、损害或费用，但并不排除本保险承保的风险引起的，发生在此种禁运、拒收、禁止或扣押之前的保险标的的损失或损害。
