1.Cargowhilststowedondeck
1.1Thisinsurancecovers,exceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below,
1.1.1lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredwhilststowedondeckoftheoverseavessel,oranypartoritemthereofwhilstsostowed,reasonablyattributableto
1.1.1.1fireorexplosion
1.1.1.2vesselbeingstrandedgroundedsunkorcapsized
1.1.1.3collisionorcontractofvesselwithanyexternalobjectotherthanwater
1.1.1.4dischargeofcargoataportofdistress,
1.1.2lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredwhilststowedondeckoftheoverseavessel,oranypartoritemthereofwhilstsostowed,causedby
1.1.2.1generalaveragesacrifice
1.1.2.2jettisonorwashingoverboard
1.1.2.3theftornon-delivery
1.1.2.4maliciousact.
Cargowhilstnotstowedondeck
1.2Thisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofdamagetothesubject-matterinsuredexcludinganypartoritemthereofwhilststowedondeckontheoverseavessel,exceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below.Subject-matterinsuredoranypartoritemthereofstowedinpoop,forecastle,deckhouse,shelterdeck,otherenclosedspace,orinacontainer,shallbedeemedtobesubject-matterinsurednotstowedondeck.
第1条风险条款（RisksClause）
1货物积载于舱面时
1.1本保险承保，除下列第4，5，6和7规定者外的
1.1.1积载于海船舱面的保险标的，或其中任何部分的灭失或损害，若可合理归因于
1.1.1.1火灾或爆炸
1.1.1.2船舶搁浅、擦浅、沉没或倾覆
1.1.1.3船舶与水以外的任何外部物体碰撞或触碰
1.1.1.4在避难港卸货
1.1.2积载于海船舱面的保险标的，或其中任何部分的灭失或损害，若由下列原因造成
1.1.2.1共同海损牺牲
1.1.2.2抛弃或浪击落水
1.1.2.3盗窃或提货不着
1.1.2.4恶意行为
货物非积载于舱面时
1.2本保险承保保险标的的灭失或损害的一切风险（积载于海船舱面的那部分除外），但下列第4，5，6和7条规定者除外。积载于艉楼、艏楼、舱面室、遮蔽舱面，其他围住的空间，或集装箱内的保险标的或其中任何部分，应视为非积载于舱面的保险标的。
第2条共同海损牺牲
第3条“互有责任碰撞”条款
此两条为标准条款。
第4条一般除外条款（GeneralExclusionClause）
除了第4.6款除外已按我们在协会商品贸易保险条款所作的评论作了修订之外，第4.1至4.5款和第4.7款的除外规定与协会货物保险（A）条款完全相同。
第5条不适航和不适运除外条款
本条亦已按照我们在协会商品贸易保险条款所作的解释作了修订。
第6和7条战争和罢工除外条款
这些是标准条款。
Clause8-TransitClause
88.1Thisinsuranceattachesonoraftertheloadingofthegoodsinsuredhereunderonlandand/orwaterconveyancesortheirfloatingatthemill,warehouse,factory,yardorpremiseswheresoever,fromwhichthedespatchtotheoverseavesselismade,continuesduringtheordinarycourseoftransitandterminateseither
8.1.1ondeliveryofthegoodsbylandorwaterintothemill,warehouse,factory,yardorpremisesattheirfinaldestination,whetherattheportofdischargeoftheoverseavesselor(furtherseavoyageexcepted)elsewhere,andaretheremadeavailabletotheAssuredorReceivers
8.1.2ondeliverytoanyotherwarehouseorplaceofstoragewhichtheAssuredelecttouseforstorageotherthanintheordinarycourseoftransitor
8.1.3ontheexpiryof60daysaftercompletionofdischargeoversideofthegoodsherebyinsuredfromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge,whichevershallfirstoccur.
8.2Thisinsuranceshallremaininforce(subjecttoterminationasprovidedforaboveandtotheprovisionsofClause9below)duringdelaybeyondthecontroloftheAssured,anydeviation,forceddischarge,reshipmentortranshipmentandduringanyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtoshipownersorcharterersunderthecontractofaffreightment.
8.3EachbillofladingtobedeemedaseparateinsuranceifrequiredbytheAssuredatanytime.
8.4TheprovisionsofClause8shallapplynotwithstandingthatthedescriptionofthevoyageinthebodyofthepolicymaystateonlytheportsandplacesofshipmentanddischarge.
第8条运送条款（TransitClause）
8.1本保险责任始于保险货物在工场、仓库、工厂、堆场或库房等地点装上陆上或水上运输工具或起漂，向海船发送之时，在通常的运送期间持续，并终止于
8.1.1经陆路或水路将货物交付至处于海船的卸货港，或任何其他地点（进一步的海上航程除外）的最终目的地，被保险人或收货人可以提货的工场、仓库、工厂、堆场或库房
8.1.2交付到被保险人选用于非通常运送过程中的贮存的任何其他仓库或贮存处所
8.1.3保险货物在最后卸货港卸离海船后满60天。
以上三项以先发生者为准。
8.2在被保险人无法控制的迟延、任何绕航、强制卸货、重装或转运期间以及在船东或承租人行使根据货运合同赋予的自由权而发生任何冒险变更期间，本保险仍然有效（但须受上述规定的终止及下述第9条规定的制约）。
8.3如果被保险人在任何时侯提出要求，每一提单可视为一个单独的保险。
8.4第8条的规定将适用，尽管保险单对该航程的说明仅载明装船和卸船港口或地点。
其余条款，即第9至19条及底部的注意事项，均与协会货物保险条款的规定完全相同。
