    第1条风险条款（RisksClause）
    1Thisinsurancecovers,exceptasprovidedinClauses3and4below,lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredcausedby
    1.1warcivilwarrevolutionrebellioninsurrection,orcivilstrifearisingtherefrom,oranyhostileactbyoragainstabelligerentpower
    1.2captureseizurearrestrestraintordetainment,arisingfromriskscoveredunder1.1above,andtheconsequencesthereoforanyattemptthereat
    1.3derelictminestorpedoesbombsorotherderelictweaponsofwar.
    1本保险承保除下列第3和第4条规定以外者，由下列原因造成的灭失或损害：
    1.1战争、内战、革命、叛乱、暴动或由此引起的内乱或交战团体之间的任何敌对行动
    1.2由上述第1.1款承保的风险引起的捕获、扣押、扣留、管制或拘押，及其后果或任何威胁企图
    1.3被遗弃的水雷、鱼雷、炸弹或其他被遗弃的战争武器。
   
    第2条共同海损条款(GeneralAverageClause)
    2Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharge,adjusted,ordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaffreightmentand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromariskcoveredundertheseclause.
    2本保险承保为避免或与避免根据本保险条款承保的风险有关的损失，按照运输合同及/或管辖法律和惯例理算或确定的共同海损和救助费用。
   
    第3条一般除外条款(GeneralExclusionsClause)
    3Innocaseshallthisinsurancecover

    3.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorpreparationofthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause3.3“packing”shallbedeemedtoincludestowageinacontainerorliftvanbutonlywhensuchstowageiscarriedoutpriortoattachmentofthisinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirservants)
    3.4lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubject-matterinsured
    3.5lossdamagedorexpenseproximatelycausedbydelay,eventhoughthedelaybecausedbyariskinsuredagainst(exceptexpensespayableunderClause2above)
    3.6lossdamageorexpensearisingfrominsolvencyorfinancialdefaultoftheownersmanagerscharterersoroperatorsofthevessel
    3.7anyclaimbaseduponlossoforfrustrationofthevoyageoradventure
    3.8lossdamageorexpensearisingfromanyhostileuseofanyweaponofwaremployingatomicornuclearfissionand/orfusionorotherlikereactionorradioactiveforceormatter.
    3本保险决不承保：
    3.1可归因于被保险人的故意渎职行为的损失、损害或费用
    3.2保险标的的通常渗漏，通常重量或体积损失，或通常损耗
    3.3保险标的的包装或准备不足或不当引起的损失、损害或费用（为本第33款之目的，“包装”应视为包括集装箱或托盘内的积载，但仅适用于此种积载是在本保险责任开始前进行或是由被保险人或其雇员进行之时）
    3.4保险标的的固有缺陷或性质造成的损失、损害或费用
    3.5延迟直接造成的损失、损害或费用，即便该延迟是由承保风险引起的（但根据上述第2条支付的费用除外）
    3.6因船舶所有人、管理人、承租人或经营人的破产或财务困境引起的损失、损害或费用
    3.7基于航程或冒险的损失或落空的任何索赔
    3.8因任何敌对性使用原子或核裂变及/或聚变或其他类似反应或放射性力量或物质所制造的战争武器引起的损失、损害和费用。
   
    第4条不适航和不适运除外条款(UnseaworthinessandUnfitnessExclusionClause)
    44.1Innocaseshallthisinsurancecoverlossdamageorexpensearisingfrom
    unseaworthinessofvesselorcraft,
    unfitnessofvesselcraftconveyancecontainerorliftvanforthesafe
    carriageofthesubject-matterinsured,
    wheretheAssuredortheirservantsareprivytosuchunseaworthinessor
    unfitness,atthetimethesubject-matterinsuredisloadedtherein.
    4.2TheUnderwriterswaiveanybreachoftheimpliedwarrantiesof
    seaworthinessoftheshipandfitnessoftheshiptocarrythesubject-matter
    insuredtodestination,unlesstheAssuredortheirservantsareprivyto
    suchunseaworthinessorunfitness.
    4.1本保险决不承保下列原因引起的损失、损害或费用
    船舶或驳船不适航
    船舶、驳船、运输工具、集装箱或托盘对保险标的的安全运输不合适
    在保险标的被装于其上时，如果被保险人或其雇员对此种不适航或不适运有私谋。
    4.2保险人放弃运送保险标的至目的地船舶不得违反船舶适航和适运的默示保证，除非被保险人或其雇员对此种不适航或不适运有私谋。
   
    保险期间(Duration)
    第5条运输条款（TransitClause）
    55.1Thisinsurance
    5.1.1attachesonlyasthesubject-matterinsuredandastoanypartasthatpart
    isloadedonanoverseavessel
    and
    5.1.2terminates,subjectto5.2and5.3below,eitherasthesubject-matter
    insuredandastoanypartasthatisdischargedfromanoverseavesselat
    thefinalportorplaceofdischarge,
    or
    onexpiryof15dayscountingfrommidnightofthedayofarrivalofthe
    vesselatthefinalportorplaceofdischarge,
    whichevershallfirstoccur;
    nevertheless,
    subjecttopromptnoticetotheUnderwritersandtoanadditional
    premium,suchinsurance
    5.1.3reattacheswhen,withouthavingdischargedthesubject-matterinsuredat
    thefinialportprplaceofdischarge,thevesselsailstherefrom,
    and
    5.1.4terminates,subjectto5.2and5.3below,eitherasthesubject-matter
    insuredandastoanypartasthatpartisthereafterdischargedfromthe
    vesselatthefinal(orsubstituted)portorplaceofdischarge,
    or
    onexpiryof15dayscountingfrommidnightofthedayofre-arrivalofthevesselatthefinalportorplaceofdischargeorarrivalofthevesselatasubstitutedportorplaceofdischarge,whichevershallfirstoccur.
    5.2Ifduringtheinsuredvoyagetheoverseavesselarrivesatanintermediate
    Portorplacetodischargethesubject-matterinsuredforon-carriagebyoverseavesselorbyaircraft,orthegoodsaredischargedfromthevesselataportorplaceofrefuge,then,subjectto5.3belowandtoanadditionalpremiumifrequired,thisinsurancecontinuesuntiltheexpiryof15dayscountingfrommidnightofthedayofarrivalofthevesselatsuchportorplace,butthereafterreattachesasthesubject-matterinsuredandastoanypartasthatpartisloadedonanon-carryingoverseavesseloraircraft.Duringtheperiodof15daystheinsuranceremainsinforceafterdischargeonlywhilstthesubject-matterinsuredandastoanypartasthatpartisatsuchportorplace.Ifthegoodsareon-carriedwithinthesaidperiodof15daysoriftheinsurancereattachesasprovidedinthisClause5.2
    5.2.1wheretheon-carriageisbyoverseavesselthisinsurancecontinuessubjecttothetermsoftheseclauses,
    or
    5.2.2wheretheon-carriageisbyaircraft,thecurrentInstituteWarClauses
    (AirCargo)(excludingsendingbyPost)shallbedeemedtoformpartofthisinsuranceandshallapplytotheon-carriagebyair
    5.3Ifthevoyageinthecontractofcarriageisterminatedataportorplace
    otherthedestinationagreedtherein,suchportorplaceshallbedeemedthefinalportofdischargeandsuchinsuranceterminatesinaccordancewith5.1.2.Ifthesubject-matterinsuredissubsequentlyreshippedtotheoriginalorotherdestination,thenprovidednoticeisgiventotheUnderwritersbeforethecommencementofsuchfurthertransitandsubjecttoanadditionalpremium,suchinsurancereattaches
    5.3.1inthecaseofthesubject-matterinsuredhavingbeendischargedasthe
    subject-matterinsuredandastoanypartasthatpartisloadedontheon-
    carryingvesselforthevoyage;
    5.3.2inthecaseofthesubject-matternothavingbeendischarged,whenthe
    vesselsailfromsuchdeemedfinalportofdischarge;
    thereaftersuchinsuranceterminatesinaccordancewith5.1.4.
    5.4Theinsuranceagainsttherisksifminesandderelicttorpedoes,floatingor
    Submerged,isextendedwhilstthesubject-matterinsuredoranypartthereofisoncraftwhilstintransittoorfromtheoverseavessel,butinnocasebeyondtheexpiryof60daysafterdischargefromtheoverseavesselunlessotherwisespeciallyagreedbytheUnderwriters.
    5.5SubjecttopromptnoticetoUnderwriters,andtoanadditionalpremiumif
    Required,thisinsuranceshallremaininforcewithintheprovisionsoftheseClauseduringanydeviation,oranyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtoshipownersorchartersunderthecontractofaffreightment.
    (ForthepurposeofClause5
    “arrivalshallbedeemedtomeanthatthevesselisanchored,mooredorotherwisesecuredataberthorplacewithintheHarbourAuthorityarea.Ifsuchaberthorplaceisnotavailable,arrivalisdeemedtohaveoccurredwhenthevesselfirstanchors,moorsorotherwisesecureseitheratorofftheintendedportorplaceofdischarge
    “overseavessel”shallbedeemedtomeanavesselcarryingthesubject-matterfromoneportorplacetoanotherwheresuchvoyageinvolvesaseapassagebythatvessel)
    5.1本保险
    5.1.1责任仅始于保险标的和该标的的任何部分装上海船之时，并且
    5.1.2终止于（受下述第5.2款和5.3款制约）保险标的和该标的的任何部分，在最后卸货港或地点卸离海船之时，或
    自船舶到达最后卸货港或地点当日午夜起算15天届满之时
    二者以先发生者为准；
    然而，受迅速通知保险人和附加保险费制约，此种保险
    5.1.3其责任自船舶（保险标的在该最后卸货港或地点未卸下）从该港或地点开航之时重新开始，及
    5.1.4受下述第5.2和5.3款制约，终止于保险标的和该标的的任何部分，随后在最后（或替代）卸货港或地点卸离船舶之时，或
    自船舶重新到达最后卸货港或地点，或到达替代的卸货或地点当日午夜起算届满15天之时，二者以先发生者为准；
    5.2如果在承保航程期间，海船抵达某个中途卸货港或地点，卸下保险标的由海船或航空器续运，或者货物在某个避难港或地点自船上卸下，那么，受下述第5.3款及附加保险费（若有要求的话）的制约，直至船舶抵达此种港口或地点当日午夜起算届满15天，本保险责任续继。但其后当保险标的及该标的的任何部分装上续运海船或航空器之时重新开始。在卸离海船后的15天期间，仅在该保险标的及该标的的任何部分同时处于此种港口或地点的条件下，本保险仍然有效。如果货物在所述的15天期间内被续运或保险责任按本第5.2款规定重新开始。
    5.2.1在由海船续运的情况下，本保险责任根据这些条款的措辞继续，或
    5.2.2在由航空器续运之场合，现行协会（航空货物）战争险条款（邮递除外）视为本保险的组成部分并适用于航空续运。
    5.3如果运输合同的航程在本保险约定的目的地以外的港口或地点终止，此种港口或地点，将视为最后卸货港，此种保险按照第5.1.2项终止。如果保险标的随后视重新运送至原来的或任何其他目的地，那么，假如在此种继续运送开始之前通知了保险人并受附加保险费的制约，此种保险责任重新开始。
    5.3.1在保险标的已被卸下的情况下，当保险标的及该标的的任何部分为了该航程装上续运船舶之时；
    5.3.2在保险标的未被卸下之场合，当船舶自该被视为最后卸货港开航之时，此后保险责任按照第5.1.4项终止。
    5.4本保险承保的漂浮或水雷和被遗弃的鱼雷风险，护展至保险标的或其任何部分位于转运至或转运自海船的驳船上期间，但除非另经保险人特别同意，决不超过卸离海船后60天。
    5.5受迅速通知保险人和（若有要求）支付附加保险费的制约，在任何绕航或船东或承租人行使根据运输合同赋予的自由权引起的海上冒险的任何变更期间，本保险在这些条款规定的范围内继续有效。
    （为了第5条的目的
    “到达”是指船舶在港口当局区域内抛锚、系泊或以其他方式固定在某个泊位或地点。若无此种泊位或地点可用，当船舶首次抛锚、系泊或以其他方式固定在预定的卸货港口或地点或之外时，即视为已经到达。
    “海船”是指运送保险标的自某个港口或地点至另一个港口或地点的船舶，且此种航程涉及该船运送的海上航段。）
   
    第6条航程变更条款(Changeofvoyageclause)
    6Where,afterattachmentofthisinsurance,thedestinationischangedbytheAssured,heldcoveredatapremiumandconditionstobearrangedsubjecttopromptnoticebeinggiventotheUnderwriter
    6在本保险责任开始后，被保险人改变目的地之情况下，受迅速通知保险人的制约，本保险按有待商定的保险费和条件续保。
   
    第7条
    7AnythingcontainedinthiscontractwhichisinconsistentwithClause3.7,3.8or5shall,totheextentofsuchinconsistency,benullandvoid.
    本合同包含的与第3.7款，3.8款或第5条不一致的规定，在此种不一致的范围内均属无效。
   
    索赔
    第8条可保利益条款(InsurableInterestClause)
    88.1InordertorecoverunderthisinsurancetheAssuredmusthavean
    insurableinterestinthesubject-matterinsuredatthetimeoftheloss.
    8.2Subjectto8.1above,theAssuredshallbeentitledtorecoverforinsured
    Lossoccurringduringtheperiodcoveredbythisinsurance,notwithstandingthatthelossoccurredbeforethecontractofinsurancewasconcluded,unlesstheAssuredwereawareofthelossandtheUnderwriterswerenot.
    8.1为了根据本保险获得赔偿，被保险人在损失发生时对保险标的必须具有可保利益。
    82受上述81款制约，被保险人有权获得本保险承保期间发生的承保损失的赔偿，尽管该损失发生在本保险合同订立之前，除非被保险人知晓该损失而保险人不知情。
   
    第9条增值条款(IncreasedValueClause)
    99.1IfanyIncreasedValueinsuranceiseffectedbytheAssuredonthecargo
    insuredhereintheagreedvalueofthecargoshallbedeemedtobe
    increasedtothetotalamountinsuredunderthisinsuranceandallIncreased
    Valueinsurancescoveringtheloss,andliabilityunderthisinsuranceshall
    Beinsuchproportionasthesuminsuredhereinbeartosuchtotalamount
    Insured.
    IntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheUnderwriterswith
    Evidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurances.
    9.2WherethisinsuranceisonIncreasedValuethefollowingclauseshall
    Apply:
    TheagreedvalueofthecargoshallbedeemedtobeequaltothetotalamountinsuredundertheprimaryinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsurancecoveringthelossandeffectedonthecargobytheAssured,andliabilityunderthisinsuranceshallbeinsuchproportionasthesuminsuredhereinbearstosuchtotalamountinsured.
    IntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheUnderwriterswithevidenceoftheamoursinsuredunderallotherinsurance.
    9.1如果被保险人对保险货物投保了增加价值保险，货物的约定价值应视为增加至承保损失的本保险和所有增加价值保险的保险金额的总和，本保险项下的责任应按本保险金额占此种保险金额总和的比例计算。
    若被保险人提出索赔，须向保险人提供所有其他保险的保险金额的证据。
    9.2如果本保险是增加价值保险，应适用下述条款：
    货物的约定价值应视为等于由被保险人对货物承保损失的最初的保险和所有增加价值保险的保险金额的总和，本保险项下的责任，应按本保险金额占此种保险金额总和的比例计算。
    若被保险人提出索赔，应向保险人提供根据所有其他保险的保险金额的证据。
   
    第10条不生效条款(NottoInureClause)
    10Thisinsuranceshallnotinuretothebenefitofthecarrierorotherbailee.
    10承运人或其他保管人不得主张本保险的利益。(Inuremeanstohaveeffect.)
   
    第11条被保险人的义务条款(DutyofAssuredClause)
    11ItisthedutytotheAssuredandtheirservantsandagentsinrespectofloss
    recoverablehereunder
    11.1totakesuchmeasuresasmaybereasonableforthepurposeofaverting
    orminimisingsuchloss,and
    11.2toensurethatrightsagainstcarriers,baileesorotherthirdpartiesare
    properlypreservedandexercised
    andtheUnderwriters,will,inadditiontoanylossrecoverablehereunder,
    reimbursetheAssuredforanychargeproperlyandreasonablyincurredin
    pursuanceoftheseduties.
    11有关下述可获赔偿的损失，被保险人及其雇员和代理人有义务：
    11.1采取为避免或减少此种损失的合理措施，及
    11.2保证对承运人、保管人、或其他第三方追偿的所有权利被适当保护和行使。
    保险人将在下述可获赔偿的损失之外补偿被保险人履行这些义务而适当和合理地产生的任何费用。
   
    第12条弃权条款(WaiverClause)
    12MeasurestakenbytheAssuredortheUnderwriterswiththeobjectofsaving,
    Protectingorrecoveringthesubject-matterinsuredshallnotbeconsideredasawaiveroracceptanceofabandonmentorotherwiseprejudicetherightofeitherparty.
    12被保险人或保险人采取的旨在拯救、保护或恢复保险标的的措施，不得视为放弃或接受委付或在其他方面损害任何一方的权利。
   
    避免延迟
    第13条合理速办条款(ReasonablyDespatchClause)
    13ItisaconditionofthisinsurancethattheAssuredshallactwithreasonable
    despatchinallcircumstanceswithintheircontrol.
    13被保险人在其控制的范围内的所有情况下，应合理迅速地行动是本保险的一项条件。
   
    法律与惯例
    第14条英国法律与惯例条款(EnglishLawandPracticeClause)
    14ThisinsuranceissubjecttoEnglishlawandpractice.
    14本保险受英国法律和惯例制约。
   
    注意：当被保险人知悉根据本保险“续保”的事件发生时，必需迅速通知保险人，此种承保的权利取决于履行这项义务。
